Tyler Craddock
Tyler has over 20 years of legislative and lobbying experience on federal, state, and local issues affecting regulation and governance of business and trade associations. He has held positions in the government, education, business and nonprofit sectors. His experience includes:
A member of the Virginia Society of Association Executives, he is an adjunct instructor at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College and serves on the Chesterfield County Committee on the Future. A native of Henry County, Tyler is a graduate of Virginia Tech, from which he holds Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees.
Luke Priddy
Luke spent the bulk of his career in Virginia politics working for one of the longest-serving and respected members of the General Assembly, State Senator John S. Edwards of Roanoke, where he supported the Senator’s work on criminal justice reform, the judiciary, higher education, and critical budget negotiations that shaped transportation funding across the Commonwealth. From there, Luke continued through key roles in other legislative offices, including State Senators Adam Ebbin and Jennifer Boysko, and later served as a legislative analyst for the Virginia Department of General Services, the Commonwealth's central service agency responsible for managing state-owned buildings, real estate, and Capitol Square.
Outside of the legislature, Luke was elected to Roanoke City Council where he chaired the Legislative Committee and worked on public safety, economic development, and land-use issues including zoning, development review, and long-range initiatives.
Luke holds a B.A. in Politics with a major in Government from the University of Virginia and is a graduate of the Sorensen Institute for Political Leadership’s Emerging Leaders Program. His career began as an intern for U.S. Senator Mark R. Warner and continued at the U.S. Department of Transportation. Taken together, these experiences at the local, state, and federal levels give Luke a comprehensive perspective on how government works in practice and how to make it work effectively for his clients.

John is a graduate of George Washington University and earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the Washington and Lee University School of Law.
Dani Girardi is a results-driven leader with extensive experience in district oversight within the Commonwealth. Dani has extensive experience in the General Assembly, and prior to her role with OMG, Dani served as the District Director for Senator Lashrecse Aird, a role she held for two years. In this position, she oversaw all district operations, managed constituent service requests, and built relationships with community groups. She also acted as the principal liaison to various organizations and local elected officials, ensuring consistent communication and high-quality constituent service.
Dani also served as Campaign Manager for Lashrecse Aird for Senate for the 2023 General election. Prior to that, she served as a Field Organizer for Lashrecse Aird for Senate for the 2023 Primary election.
